The following activities, in no particular order, are all great for health and build skills that will aid you in surviving the zombie uprising:
- Any Martial Art
- Canoeing/Kayaking/other boating
- Parkour or Free Running
- Capture the Flag
- Rock Climbing
- Roller Derby
